The Highland Park Neighborhood Assoc., Inc. invites you to celebrate our community by joining together at Ellwanger and Barry Park for National Night Out. Connect/reconnect with neighbors while enjoying food from local restaurants and interacting with representatives from the RPD and discussing neighborhood priorities with HPNA Board Members.

This year’s celebration will be combined with our neighborhood’s third quarter General Meeting.

What is National Night Out?

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign held on the first Tuesday of August that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods safer and more caring places to live. It’s a night for neighbors to connect with each other and with local law enforcement, fostering a sense of community and working together to enhance safety.

National Night Out was established in 1984 with funding from the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), U.S. Department of Justice.
