Colgate Rochester Crozier Divinity School (CRCDS) redevelopment neighborhood meeting hosted by NBN6. Potential developer, ROC Goodman LLC, will present current development plans. These plans have been submitted to the City of Rochester zoning department as an application for this property to become a Planned Development District within the city zoning code.
