Come to an open meeting of the HPNA that will introduce you to the new (and old) Highland Placemaking Team.   You are invited to attend, discuss issues and also to join this team. We will present an introductory preview of a new Rochester South-East area project called the ‘”Neighborhood Pace Car” which includes an exciting partnership between the City’s SE NSC Quadrant Team and Reconnect Rochester.   Learn about this novel volunteer program as well as other Traffic Calming ideas and concerns.  In addition the Rochester Police Department & NSC Commanding Officer Lt. Frank Alberti are bringing several officers from the Goodman Section (265 Car Beat) to meet the group.  The City has begun a new system of neighborhood patrols. This is a “meet and greet” type of situation for the community to meet the new officers involved and vice versa.  The meeting will include social time, refreshments and open discussion of related matters & concerns from residents.  All residents and friends of the Highland Park Neighborhood and nearby areas are welcome.
